The Better Hearts Better Cities programme is a Novartis Foundation initiative to raise awareness of cardiovascular conditions in low and middle-income cities. Portland created a campaign of vibrant photography and bold colours to make an exciting and engaging campaign to bring these under-recognised linked conditions to life.
