Our fitness team is a talented group of exercise instructors and certified personal trainers. We offer traditional personal training sessions focused on cardiovascular and muscular objectives as well as unique fitness specialties in a one-on-one or private class setting. These specialties include: Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Aqua, TRX, Stretch and a variety of dance formats including Salsa and Zumba.
