River tubing is the quintessential summertime activity and nobody does it better than Destination Sports. Serving Park City and Ogden tubing groups as well as Salt Lake City, we offer a fun adventure on the Weber River for groups of any size from two people to full company staff parties. Depending on water flow, these trips usually last from 2-3 hours and cover 6-7 miles with Class II rapids, passing through the beautiful Weber Canyon, and offering up loads of spectacular local scenery. Spring, especially, has whitewater, and at any time of year the river does offer unique challenges for many of our guests. For this reason we recommend that tubers have some prior river skills or tubing experience. While tubing is a fun and easy activity to master, we do have a minimum age restriction of 12 years old. If your group or family has members younger than that, or who may not be able to float independently, we suggest combining with a raft or at least having a guide along. We rent high quality tubes all with heavy duty fabric covers. Each tube comes complete with life vest (Utah law requires the life vest be on and securely fastened at all times while floating the river) and shuttles are available.
